You guys made my stay extra special! The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. Excellent service, although a few employees were not very helpful. The location was best possible and peaceful for exploring this very nice area, so close to C & O canal, Hagerstown, MD for work and shopping options.

The rooms are recently refurbished with a view, so that guests have essentials. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator are a nice touch. Location is decent and amazing, near the shopping mall. Also it is really close to a supermarket and mall and ballpark and restaurants and stores. When I am in Hagerstown, I like staying here.

The location of the hotel was perfect - not very far from Valley Mall. It was well-maintained, huge and with a sleeper sofa in the living area which was perfect for our needs.

The bed was too hard, that's my bad luck.

Everything was good, had a really nice stay for one night of our visit. Having a kitchenette and a fireplace in our newly renovated and reasonably large room was really great. The location of the hotel was wonderful, to far from the DC area.

Also, location was best possible and wonderful, just a short walk away from Regal Cinemas. Plus, it was near C & O canal as well as shopping options and dining options. I had recently refurbished and well-maintained room complete with bath and the 2nd or 3rd floors and pull-out sofa.

It boasts marvellous, peaceful location just off ballpark, and Hagerstown. The restaurant serves hot Mexican food.

The hotel staff is pleasant and courteous. Its location is marvellous and comfy, very close to a supermarket and C&O canal.

Conveniently located near the mall and local eateries, the rooms at Homewood Suites are nice-sized and recently remodeled. Although the breakfast food is basic, it is good, hot, and replenished often. The staff, especially the front desk staff, provided exceptional customer service throughout our entire visit. I would recommend this hotel.

A nice size room with a view, everything was excellent. We loved central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave. Best possible location, it was adjacent to C&O canal, restaurants and local eateries. Furthermore, in that area for business or pleasure.

Well-maintained room, nicely furnished, with a kitchen and foam pillows, for example. Unbeatable and particularly good location right off i-81 and easy access to a mall and a supermarket.

The evening staff were accommodating. The suite layout was perfect for our group. Breakfast is good. The dining area is nice and comfortable. The hotel is clean and in a great location. There is plenty of space in the room with a nice kitchen. The hot breakfast is included.
